Prayer Shawl Ministry
These knitters and crocheters create unique prayer shawls for anyone needing an extra measure of God’s love or comfort. As team members knit or crochet each one-of-a-kind shawl, they pray for the individual who will eventually receive it. Prayer shawls also are given to those celebrating baptisms and confirmants.The team makes baby blankets for The Alpha Women’s Center, which encourages young women who face unexpected pregnancies. Lap shawls for veterans feature patriotic red, white, and blue colors for those in wheelchairs. For more info contact the church office at 386-446-2481
